Brown Sugar Scrub Recipe

In a bowl add:

  1. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  2. 2 tablespoons well ground oats (I use a coffee grinder)
  3. 2 tablespoons aloe Vera gel
  4. 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  5. 1 teaspoon jojoba wax or avocado oil

I like to use this blend in the shower on my arms, legs and back. Gently massage into your skin for a minute and then rinse off. Your skin will feel fresh and silky clean.

This blend is best made fresh each time you use it, right before your shower. Sometimes I add 1 drop of an essential oil I love, such as Black Spruce (Picea mariana), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct camphor) or Spike Lavender (Lavandula latifolia).
