essential newsGot Blue?
Roman chamomile, blue chamomile, cape chamomile, blue cypress, yarrow.....the list goes on but these are 5 of the sparkling blue essential oils that offer us all kinds of healing potential. I made a blue blend the other day for a friend who was in pain and it was really effective.
No More Blues Warm the aloe in a double boiler. Once warm (not boiling) sprinkle the guar gum and stir. Add the aloe/guar gum mixture and the rest of the ingredients to a small bowl and use an immersion (stick) blender to blend the essential oils, aloe and hydrosol. The result will be a slightly thick, cooling, aromatic gel to reduce pain and inflammation. Alternate Essential Oil Recipe for No More Blues:
10 drops Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) business scentsFacebook Help CenterThis morning I read a short article on Mashable about Facebook's new help center redesign. I use Facbook a lot so I went to take a look. The new design is so much clearer and more user friendly that I actually took a long look around. There is a well organized section on getting your business page established. If you don't have a business page, this would be a great time to start one! I also appreciated the section on how to start a group. The navagation of the new help center is really easy to use and offers all the information you need to support your business on Facebook. |
